Booking Procedures

Charters must be booked minimum 5 days in advance to guarantee pricing and will be confirmed based on availability.
Payment is required at the time of booking for all vehicle types. Visa, MasterCard or American Express accepted.
Cancellations by 12 noon 2 days prior to travel are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations after 12 noon 2 days prior to travel are non-refundable.

Extra charges will not apply for clients arriving on delayed flights provided accurate flight information has been given to Perimeter. If possible, passengers must contact Perimeter if flights are changed; otherwise extra charges may apply.

The Whistler Express Bus service is the only provincially licensed carrier to operate an inter-city bus service between YVR airport, Squamish and Whistler. We provide direct service to all major hotels and the other lodging situated at the base of Whistler Blackcomb mountains. We also provide door to door service with key pick up for more remote condominiums and private chalets. Some departures from the airport pick up at various Vancouver hotels. We are the easiest way to travel for skiers, snowboarders, hikers, golfers and conference delegates who are heading up to Whistler Blackcomb resort.
