HOW
TO FIND YOUR PERIMETER TRANPORTATION CHARTER BUS AT
VANCOUVER AIRPORT (YVR)
YOUR PRIVATE VEHICLE IS WAITING 5 MINUTES
AWAY IN A HOLDING LOT. UPON ARRIVAL, HERE IS HOW TO
CALL UP YOUR VEHICLE TO A BUS BAY FOR LOADING.
Once your entire group has assembled
(complete with all luggage), one designated
person needs to advise YVR Ground Transportation that
you are ready for your bus.
DOMESTIC ARRIVALS:
Go down to Level 1 using the inside
ramp or elevator (you are currently at Level 2 if you
are looking at the luggage carrousels). Proceed to the
doors leading outside (but do not go outside!), go to
your left. Traveling parallel to doors & windows,
continue until you see a pole with a black courtesy
phone attached. Pick up the phone and dial "00".
You should then be connected to the bus dispatcher in
the holding lot.
Please note that for all Domestic Arrivals,
the entire group will have to move down to Level 1 after
having the coach called up.
INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS:
Immediately after clearing Customs, and Baggage Claim,
proceed straight ahead to the black Ground Transportation
phone, located outside the grey doors to the left of
the Currency Exchange. Pick up the phone and wait for
it to ring, it will be answered by the bus dispatcher
in the holding lot.
GROUP INFORMATION:
Whether you are arriving on a domestic flight or international
flight you will need to give YVR Ground Transportation
your flight number, tour name, (the name of the tour
company which made the bookings is preferred), the Perimeter
Transportation booking or charter number, and the coach
number (if known). As soon as space permits, your bus
will be sent to the appropriate location, and YVR Ground
Transportation will advise you of the bay number and
location of your motorcoach. Allow approximately two
to five minutes for the coach to reach your Bay.

Please note
that our staff will not able to have your coach called
up for you, but would be more than happy to assist you
with any further questions that you may have.
Cancellations, itinerary
changes or flight delays:
- You may cancel your charter anytime
up to noon, two days prior to departure. Your credit
card will be reimbursed the full amount paid less
a 10% processing fee
- Should you cancel after noon, two
days prior, your charter will be non-refundable.
- You may revise your itinerary, departure
times up until noon, two days prior to departure with
out penalty
- In the event of a flight
delay or re-routing, contact Perimeter immediately.
Perimeter will make every effort to accommodate you
with a revised spot time and in most cases extra charges
will not apply. However, if Perimeter has not been
advised of your flight changes, they may at their
discretion, levy rebooking charges appropriate to
costs incurred to accommodate lack of notice.
